What to expect.

We keep renting simple so cleanup can be too. Most customers want the dumpster in and out fast, and we're built for that. Pick the rental that fits your project, and we'll handle delivery and pickup on your timeline.

  • 20 yard (open or recycle), 30 yard (open or roll top) and 40 yard open containers
  • Weight limits: 2 tons (4,000 lb) on a 20 yard, 3 tons (6,000 lb) on a 30 yard, 4 tons (8,000 lb) on a 40 yard. Anything over is $0.04 per pound.

When to rent

When a dumpster makes the job easier.

Not every project needs one, but some projects are significantly harder without one.

  • Home renovations and remodels, tearing out a kitchen, bathroom, or old flooring generates more material than most people expect. A container on-site keeps it contained and off your yard from day one.
  • Estate cleanouts and downsizing, clearing a property after a move, an inheritance, or a life transition is already draining. Having a dumpster on-site removes the logistics layer so you can focus on the sorting.
  • Roof replacements, old shingles, underlayment, and flashing add up to thousands of pounds on a mid-size house. A container positioned near the roofline saves your crew time and keeps your driveway clear.
  • Construction and demolition, new builds, teardowns, and commercial projects need somewhere for ongoing waste to go. Flexible rental periods mean the container is there as long as the job is.
  • Yard and property cleanup, fallen trees, old fencing, brush, and general property debris are manageable when they have somewhere to go.

Sizing

Choosing the right roll-off dumpster rental size.

Sizing a dumpster comes down to the volume of material you're removing and whether it's light or dense. Roofing material, concrete, and tile hit weight limits faster than furniture, cardboard, or yard debris, so the right size for a roof replacement isn't the same as the right size for a whole-house cleanout of similar visual volume.

When you call, tell us what the project is, what you're removing, and roughly how much. We'll tell you what size makes sense in about two minutes. Renting slightly larger than you think you need is almost always the right call, a second pickup costs more than the size difference between two containers.

Dumpster rental by town.

We run roll-off containers out of Fallon. If your job is in one of these towns, here is what we cover locally. Roll-off rental is not available in Reno or Sparks, and containers cannot be placed inside Fallon city limits. Carson City and Yerington are also outside the dumpster area.

Hazardous materials, tires, batteries, paint, and refrigerants are not accepted. Call us if you're unsure about a specific item.

Rentals come in weekend, two-week and 28-day periods. Most customers want the dumpster in and out fast, so pick the one that fits the project. A longer build is no problem either, just tell us when you book.

We deliver across Churchill County, Fernley, Dayton, Silver Springs, Lovelock, Hawthorne, Dixie Valley, Austin and the surrounding region. We cannot place a container inside Fallon city limits, which is a government restriction rather than our choice, but the county around it is no problem. Call with your zip if you're unsure.

Size, how long you keep it, where it is going and what is going in it. Tell us the project and we will quote it before delivery rather than after pickup.

Not inside the city limits. That is a government restriction on roll-off containers in town, not a scheduling choice. Everywhere else in Churchill County is home turf and usually the quickest run we make.

Roll-off dumpster rental across Northern Nevada.

We run roughly a 150 mile circle out of Fallon. Have poop, will travel. Roll-off rental is not available in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Yerington or Minden/Gardnerville. Containers cannot go inside Fallon city limits, but the rest of the Fallon area is no problem.
