We started Marshall's Septic Care in 2013 on a simple idea: tell you the truth about what your system needs, quote it honestly, and then do exactly that. That's still the whole thing. Residential pump-outs, commercial grease traps, septic system repairs. The standard doesn't change based on the size of the invoice.
Our story
How it started.
Marshall's started in Fallon in 2013 with one truck and a simple goal of meeting the need of the customer. The work was septic pumping, the customers were neighbors, and the standard was that you did what you said you would do.
What grew instead was the reputation. Customers told their neighbors. Realtors started calling. Property managers kept coming back. Our services grew with them: portable toilets for job sites, events and weddings, roll-off dumpsters, and the grease and waste work commercial kitchens need. Today Marshall's covers all your sanitation needs across Northern Nevada, residential, commercial and industrial, with a full fleet and a team that knows their name is on every job they leave.
Today the office and the field are one operation. Scheduling, billing and customer communication sit alongside the crews rather than in another building or another state, which is why the person who picks up the phone can usually tell you where your job stands.

Marshall's is on every truck in the fleet, and in a region this size that name is the whole reputation. There is no head office in another state to absorb a bad job. The work is done under the name, and the name has to be good the next time the phone rings.
Northern Nevada expertise.
We know Churchill County soil, because we have been digging in it since 2013. We also know what actually shortens a system's life here, and it is rarely the thing people expect. That is why we look for the cause instead of just emptying the tank, and why we would rather put you on a maintenance interval than sell you a leach field you did not need to replace.
